Welcome to 1xgame. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1xgame ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") regarding your use of the website located at https://1xgame.im and all services, games, and features offered through it.
By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on 1xgame, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of your agreement with 1xgame.
Plain English note: We have written these Terms to be as clear as possible. Where legal language is unavoidable, we have added plain-language explanations so you know exactly what each section means for you as a 1xgame player in Pakistan.
To register and use 1xgame, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 1xgame does not permit minors to register or use any part of the Platform under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
- You must be using the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or self-exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming.
- You must be acting with funds that are lawfully yours — funds must not originate from criminal activity or any unlawful source.
1xgame reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, the account will be suspended until documents are provided. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.
If you allow a minor to access your 1xgame account, or if you are discovered to be underage yourself, your account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited without exception.
Each player may hold only one account on 1xgame. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another person's — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If you change your phone number, email address, or other contact information, update your account profile promptly.
If you suspect that your 1xgame account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but 1xgame is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
Account verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) may be required before processing withdrawals or at any point during your membership. Standard documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, and recent proof of address. These requirements exist to protect both players and the integrity of the Platform.
All transactions on 1xgame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1xgame does not charge any platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit or that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. 1xgame does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
1xgame reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that trigger our fraud or money-laundering detection systems pending investigation. In such cases, we will contact you through your registered contact details. We aim to resolve such cases within 5 business days.
Deposits made by error — for example, an amount entered incorrectly by the player — cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your gaming balance. Please double-check all deposit amounts before confirming a transaction.
If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact 1xgame support with your transaction reference number. Most delays are resolved within 30 minutes.
1xgame offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms displayed at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply on 1xgame:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings converted from bonus play (once wagering requirements are met) are withdrawable.
- If you withdraw real money funds while a bonus is active and wagering requirements are not yet met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- 1xgame reserves the right to cancel a bonus or withhold related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to colluding with other players, exploiting loopholes, or placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free conversion of bonus funds.
Bonus offers are made in good faith to enhance your gaming experience. Misuse of bonus offers is treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Each game available on 1xgame is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
General gameplay rules that apply across all 1xgame products include:
- All bets placed on 1xgame are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after confirmation except where the game rules specifically permit it (for example, pre-game bet cancellation windows in cricket betting).
- In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game, the round will be voided and all wagers returned to the players' accounts. 1xgame will not honour payouts based on game outcomes produced by a malfunction.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table and per game. These are displayed within each game lobby before you join.
- For live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final once a round is complete and the result has been declared. Disputes regarding live game results must be raised within 24 hours via our support team.
- In cricket betting, 1xgame follows standard industry rules for match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, player withdrawals, and result reversals. Specific sports betting rules are available in the cricket betting section.
Attempting to exploit software bugs, game logic errors, or disconnection sequences to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited on 1xgame and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 1xgame. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
- Opening multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software to place bets or interact with games on behalf of a human player
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games such as Teen Patti or Ludo
- Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or verification
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to 1xgame's internal systems
- Conducting charge-back fraud — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving gaming services
- Exploiting bonus offers in bad faith, including through multi-accounting or coordinated bonus abuse across linked players
- Publishing, sharing, or commercially exploiting any content from 1xgame without written permission
1xgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. Gaming should always be an entertainment activity — not a financial strategy or a way to manage personal problems.

All content on the 1xgame platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 1xgame or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any Platform content without written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform
- Use the 1xgame brand, logo, or trademark in any context without written approval
- Create derivative works based on any Platform content
Any unauthorised use of 1xgame's intellectual property will be pursued through available legal remedies.
1xgame provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xgame will not be liable for:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical malfunctions or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
- Losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or government action
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses however arising from your use of the Platform
- Decisions made by a player that result in financial loss, including decisions made under the influence of the Platform's content or promotions
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
1xgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
- Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other players or to the integrity of the Platform
- A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 1xgame may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no breach is established, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcomes, with the resulting balance included in the final settlement.
1xgame reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by email to your registered address.
The updated Terms will display the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of 1xgame following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure. Balances will be settled in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of your final activity.
We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically. Any changes that materially affect your rights as a player will always be communicated clearly with a reasonable notice period before taking effect.
